Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure delivery.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
